1. The ornamental design for an outer shell member for an earmuff, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of an outer shell member for an earmuff showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side view thereof, the other side being a mirror image of FIG. 2;

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a top view thereof.

The back view forms no part of the claimed design.
