1. The ornamental design for a display screen with icon group, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen with icon group showing the new design; and,

FIG. 2 is a front view of a display screen with icon group showing an alternative embodiment of the new design.

The broken line showing of the remainder of the display screen is for environmental purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
