1. The ornamental design for a fan with shroud, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a fan with shroud, showing our new design, omitting the front and rear grille pieces for ease of disclosure;

FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a back elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a right elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a front perspective view thereof, showing the front grille and omitting internal elements for ease of disclosure;

FIG. 10 is a rear perspective view thereof, showing the rear grille and omitting internal elements for ease of disclosure;
