1. The ornamental design for a laminar flow radial ceiling fan, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a bottom perspective view of a laminar flow radial ceiling fan showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof.

The drive motor and support structure depicted by broken lines in FIGS. 1 and 2 have been included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and form no part of the claimed design.
