CLAIM

1. The ornamental design for a protecting case for portable electronic device, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a protecting case for portable electronic device showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the protecting case receiving a portable electronic device of FIG. 1, viewed from a different angle;

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the protecting case in a folded state;

FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 7;

FIG. 9 is a left side elevational view of FIG. 7;

FIG. 10 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 7; and,

FIG. 11 is a perspective view of FIG. 7 for supporting a portable electronic device, viewed from a different angle.
