CLAIM

1. I claim the ornamental design for a gift card puzzle box, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a rear elevational view of a gift card puzzle box showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof.

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a front perspective view thereof with a cover exploded away from the remainder of the gift card puzzle box.
