1. The ornamental design for a foldable stand, as shown in the figures.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of the foldable stand according to the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, rotated 45 degrees relative to FIG. 2, the opposite side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view thereof.
