1. The ornamental design for a cutter for sandwiches and cookies, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a top, side and front perspective view of a cutter for sandwiches and cookies showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom, front and side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front perspective view, the rear view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side perspective view, the left side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
