1. The ornamental design for the LED-based fiber illuminator, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an LED-based fiber illuminator showing my design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a back view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof.

The portions of the LED-based fiber illuminator shown in broken lines form no part of the claimed design.
