1. The ornamental design for a vehicle front bumper cover, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a vehicle front bumper cover according to the present invention.

FIG. 2 is a front view of the vehicle front bumper cover of FIG. 1.

FIG. 3 is a rear view of the vehicle front bumper cover of FIG. 1.

FIG. 4 is a left side view of the vehicle front bumper cover of FIG. 1.

FIG. 5 is a right side view of the vehicle front bumper cover of FIG. 1.
