1. The ornamental design for a vital signs monitor, as shown.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a vital signs monitor showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom perspective view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a left side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 10 is a top plan view according to reference arrow 10 of FIG. 8 thereof.

The broken lines shown on the left side of the vital signs monitor shown in FIGS. 9, 5 and 7 , are included for the purpose of illustrating a portion of the vital signs monitor that forms no part of the claimed design.
