1. The ornamental design for an iron back plate, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a back view of our new iron back plate in an iron;

FIG. 2 is a back toe perspective view of our new iron back plate;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a toe side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a back view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a heel side view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view thereof through line 8 — 8 of FIG. 5.

The portion of the iron back plate shown in phantom does not form any portion of the present invention.
