CLAIM

1. The ornamental design for a commercial lifting device, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a commercial lifting device of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view of the present invention.
