CLAIM

1. The ornamental design for a cat scratching panel, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the cat scratching panel of my invention;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the cat scratching panel of my invention;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 2 with the left side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 2.
