1. The ornamental design for a perambulator, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a perambulator showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a rear perspective view thereof.
