1. The ornamental design for a cable protecting sleeve, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a cable protecting sleeve showing my new design, the sleeve being of unclaimed length;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right end view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left end elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is an enlarged front elevational view thereof.
