1. An ornamental design for a hanging folder for disc media, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a hanging folder for disc media showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a rear side elevation view thereof.

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a modified embodiment of the design in FIGS. 1 through 7;

FIG. 9 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a right side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 13 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,
