CLAIM

1. The ornamental design for a buggy, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a right side elevation of a buggy showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front, right and top perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear, left and top perspective view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear perspective view thereof.
