1. The ornamental design for a solar panel balcony enclosure, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a solar panel balcony enclosure with a partial cut-away to illustrate transparency.

FIG. 3 is a partial enlarged view thereof, of one end.
