1. The ornamental design for a solar power cell, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front view of a solar power cell;

FIG. 2 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is an enlarged fragmentary view of a corner taken along line 7 — 7 thereof.
