1. The ornamental design for a flexible novelty accessory, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a flexible novelty accessory showing my new design in a coiled state.

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view of a flexible novelty accessory showing my new design in a straight state.

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof corresponding to FIG. 2, with the rear elevational view, top plan view, and bottom plan view being the same as FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof with the right side elevational view being the same as FIG. 4.
