1. The ornamental design for a combined matress, pillow and sleeping bag, as shown.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a top right perspective view of the combined matress, pillow and sleeping bag, as disclosed herein.

FIG. 2 is a top left perspective view as depicted in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 3 is a reduced scale rear perspective view of the combined matress, pillow and sleeping bag as depicted in FIG. 1.

In the drawings, the broken lines represent environmental structure forming no part of the claim.
