1. The ornamental design for a cellular phone, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a cellular phone according to my new design with its front closed;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the cellular phone according to my new design with its front opened; and,

FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the cellular phone according to my new design with its front opened and rotated.
