1. The ornamental design for a golf putter head cover, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a golf putter head cover showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top view of the golf putter head cover shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the golf putter head cover shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of the golf putter head cover shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of the golf putter head cover shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a side view of the golf putter head cover taken from the right in FIG. 4; and,

FIG. 7 is an opposite side view of the golf putter head cover taken from the right in FIG. 5.
