1. The ornamental design for an “expandable document holder,” as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of an “expandable document holder” showing my new design with the same in its expanded state;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a front perspective view thereof showing the same in its collapsed state.
