1. The ornamental design for a combined backpack and solar panel, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of the combined backpack and solar panel, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, with the left side being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a back elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a top, front, left side perspective view thereof.

The dashed lines shown in the drawings represents a stitching line.

The cross-hatched lines shown on the pockets in the drawing views represents a textured surface.

The set of three vertical rows featured on the front of the backpack represents solar panels.
