1. The ornamental design for arm extension and headrest for massage table, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a slightly reduced top perspective view of an arm extension and headrest for massage table showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is another top perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom perspective view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a bottom view thereof.
