1. The ornamental design for a universal mount with tilt for a flat panel display, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a top, right isometric view of an embodiment of a universal mount with tilt for a flat panel display showing our design.

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof.

FIG. 4 is a right-side elevational view thereof; the left-side view is a mirror image of FIG. 4.

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
