1. The ornamental design for a portion of a tool housing, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of the portion of a tool housing of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear view of the present portion of a tool housing; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof.
