1. The ornamental design of a peach shaped cookie, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top, front and left side perspective view showing my new design for a peach shaped cookie;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view there;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view thereof showing an almond within the cookie representative of a peach pit.
