1. The ornamental design for a blood or plasma treatment apparatus, substantially as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front view of a blood or plasma treatment apparatus showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear view thereof; and,
