1. The ornamental design for the top of a golf putter, as shown and described.

Description:

The sole FIGURE is a top plan view of a golf putter head shaded by hatching at different angles to indicate surfaces having two different types of surface treatments. The broken lines represent bounds of the claimed design, and are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed invention.
