CLAIM

1. What is claimed is the ornamental design for a pouch with cloth, as shown and described herein.

Description:

FIG. 1 top view of the invention;

FIG. 2 is a first side view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view of another configuration thereof with the cloth portion folded and contained substantially inside the pouch portion; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom perspective view thereof with a cloth portion extended out of the pouch portion.

The back of the invention is a mirror image of the front, and the second side is a mirror image of the first side.
