1. I claim the ornamental design for the portion of a fabric conditioning article, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is an isometric view of a portion of a fabric conditioning article, embodying the new design;

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a back view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a right view thereof.
