1. I claim the ornamental design for a cuticle nipper, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the bottom side of one embodiment of my cuticle nipper of this invention.

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view of FIG. 1, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of FIG. 1.

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 1.

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view (cutting end) of FIG. 1.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the bottom side of another embodiment of my cuticle nipper of this invention.

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view of FIG. 6, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof.
