1. I claim, the ornamental design for a cellular phone, as shown and described.

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a botom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a top and front perspective view of the cellular phone in an alternate position.
