1. We claim the ornamental design for an over the door towel rack, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an over the door towel rack showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
