1. The ornamental design for a jack handle keeper, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the jack handle keeper of the present invention showing it with the environment in dotted lines.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the jack handle keeper.

FIG. 3 is a front elevation of the jack handle keeper.

FIG. 4 is a side view of the jack handle keeper taken from the right side of FIG. 3. The opposite side of the jack handle keeper is identical to the illustration in FIG. 4.
