CLAIM

1. The ornamental design for a filing case, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front view of a filing case showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken along line 7—7 in FIG. 1 thereof;

FIG. 8 is a sectional view taken along line 8—8 in FIG. 4 thereof;

FIG. 9 is a sectional view taken along line 9—9 in FIG. 1 thereof; and,

FIG. 10 is a sectional view like that shown in FIG. 8, but showing the filing case in condition of use, it being understood that the broken line showing of environmental structure is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The present invention is a filing case in which video tapes, game and DVD software disks, and the like are filed. Detachable partitions are provided in its drawers.
