1. The ornamental design for a leg elevation device, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a leg elevation device showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side view, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is another perspective view thereof.
