1. The ornamental design for a storage bin, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the storage bin of the instant invention;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof, the rear view forming a mirror image of the front view;

FIG. 3 is a right side view thereof, the left side view forming a mirror image of the right side view; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof.
