1. The ornamental design for a portable plastic fence panel, as shown and described.
Description:
FIG. 1 is a front view in elevation of a portable plastic fence panel showing my new design and with the rear view being a mirror image thereof;
FIG. 2 is a left side view in elevation of FIG. 1;
FIG. 3 is a side view opposite to that shown in FIG. 2;
FIG. 4 is a top plan view of FIG. 1; and,
FIG. 5 is a bottom view of FIG. 1.
