1. The ornamental design for a key button arrangement for a handset, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front view of a key button arrangement for a handset showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a perspective front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view of a second embodiment of the key button arrangement of FIGS. 1-2; and,

FIG. 4 is a perspective front view thereof.

The broken line showing of the remainder of the handset in FIGS. 1 and 2 and of the remainder of the keypad in FIGS. 3 and 4 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
