1. The ornamental design for a substance applicator, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the substance applicator embodying our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear view being a mirror image except for the thread;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being a mirror image except for the thread; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view.
