1. The ornamental design for an over the shoe boot, as shown and described.
Description:
FIG. 1 is a left boot right side view, the right boot being a mirror image thereof, of a over the shoe boot;
FIG. 2 is a left boot left side view, the right boot being a mirror image thereof;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a front view thereof; and,
FIG. 6 is a rear view thereof.
