1. The ornamental design for a fishing tackle display device, as shown and described.

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the fishing tackle display device;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevation view with the right side being identical thereto; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of the fishing tackle display device.
