1. The ornamental design for a compact disc sleeve with title strip, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front elevation view of a compact disc sleeve with title strip showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a right elevation view of the invention illustrated in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the invention illustrated in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevation view of the invention illustrated in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a left elevation view of the invention illustrated in FIG. 1; and,
