1. The ornamental design for a pet collar bandana, as shown and described.
Description:
FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of the pet collar bandana;
FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, shown broken away to indicate that, for ease of illustration, the precise length of the bandana is not claimed;
FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;
