Claims:
1. The ornamental design for a portion of a floor jack side panel, as shown and described.

Description:
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment of a portion of a floor jack side panel in the new design;

FIG. 2 is a side view, the opposite side view being a mirror image thereof, of the first embodiment in the new design;

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of a portion of a floor jack side panel in the new design; and,

FIG. 4 is a side view, the opposite side view being a mirror image thereof, of the second embodiment in the new design.

The top, bottom, front, and rear views are unornamented and are therefore not shown.
