1. The ornamental design for a head rail mounting clip, as shown and described.
Description:
FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a head rail mounting clip oriented with respect to a portion of a head rail and blind set showing our new design;
FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the clip shown in FIG. 2;
FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of FIG. 2;
